ORAL SESSION GUIDELINES

2. Equipment & Guidelines

The conference room will be equipped with the LCD projector, Screen, Laptop PC running Windows (Microsoft Office with wired mouse), Microphone, Laser pointer. Speakers have to provide in advance their presentations or check if the system is compatible with their own laptops.

A VGA plug with switching box and a HDMI plug will be provided. Any adapters to VGA or HDMI should be provided by the presenter.
To request other special equipment, contact ISCOM2019 office during the meeting.

POSTER SESSION GUIDELINES

• All poster materials must be confined to a PVC board 110 cm wide x 130 cm height;
• Posters can be set up from September 23rd morning. Poster numbers supplied by ISCOM2019 and tape will be available near the poster boards;
• Posters will remain permanently on display but authors must be present by their posters for the duration of the poster session;
• All posters must be removed Wednesday afternoon.

POSTER AWARDS

Posters will be eligible to several Poster Awards, including the "Best Poster Award" sponsored by Journal Crystals, to be delivered in a special Ceremony to be held during the banquet on Thursday, September 26th.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO POLICY

• In order to encourage free presentation and discussion of results and on the grounds of copyright, taking photos or videos of oral/posters presentations should be restrained unless permission by the authors is given.
• ISCOM2019 staff will take snapshots of presenters and group photos.
