Useful Information

Shuttle Bus - NEW !
Those who reserved ISCOM shuttle bus from the Lisbon Airport to the Hotel dos Templários in Tomar will be able to join ISCOM2019 staff at the meeting point in the ground floor of the airport taking the right hand after the exit of arrivals gate.
The 1st bus on September 22nd, will depart from Lisbon Airport to the Hotel at 14h30 and the last one at 19h00. Confirmation of booking and bus assignment will be provided soon to each participant requesting the bus transfer.

Check-in
ISCOM2019 check-in counter is located in the hotel lobby on the lower floor.
Each ISCOM2019 participant will receive a symposium kit and identification badge upon registration. The registration fee comprises:

• Admission to all oral / poster sessions, registration kit and program;
• Lunch, dinner, refreshments and welcome reception at the hotel;
• Shuttle bus from/to Lisbon airport on September 22nd / 27th (subject to pre-registration);
• Conference Excursion;
• Admission to the banquet.

Name Badges
Participants and accompanying persons are required to wear the official symposium name card on all symposium occasions.

Meals
Breakfast for those staying in the Hotel dos Templários, lunch and dinner for all participants, will be served in the Hotel restaurant located on the ground floor, as well as the Welcome reception on September 22nd.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 10:00 (9:30 last entry).

Internet Access
Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel including the conference room.

Secretariat
The ISCOM2019 office is located on the lower floor opposite to the conference room.

Photography and Video Policy
In order to encourage free presentation and discussion of results and on the grounds of copyright, taking photos or videos of oral/posters presentations should be restrained unless permission by the authors is given. ISCOM2019 staff will take snapshots of presenters and group photos.
